Things To Note

There is a minimum contract value of ฿ 5,000 per item.

If you choose to cancel your subscription before you have paid this amount per item, you will be charged the difference upon your cancellation.

We offer a grace period of 3 calendar days for return/swap free of charge.

This grace period applies only to individual and personal use and is not applicable for events, meetings or business use.

All regular wear and tear (scratches, fading and loose parts) are covered by our maintenance program.

Intentional or reckless vandalism of the product—including drawing on items, cutting/chopping or hitting with sharp or blunt objects—will incur charges.

For tracking reasons, please do not move the chair from the delivery address in your subscription contract.

What do you mean by circular economy?

Traditionally, economies have been linear by design: materials are harvested, processed and disposed of when the products are no longer needed. There is no collaboration to maximize the value of products. In a circular economy, the loop is closed. The business has been designed to minimize waste, pollution, and environmental impact by reusing products and materials whenever possible.

Where does Pergo Lite deliver?

Does Pergo Lite work with businesses and offices on high-volume subscriptions (B2B)?

Pergo Lite is currently being offered in BETA mode on a limited basis for our retail clients and a few businesses by invitation. Our plan is to make Pergo Lite available for both residential and commercial use as soon as possible. We will offer flexible and sustainable furniture rental solutions for workspaces and anyone else looking to furnish their space.

How do I subscribe to Pergo Lite?

Subscribing to the chair you want is simple.

1. Create an account with your email and password (verification is required)
2. Browse the site and add item(s) you love to your cart
3. Choose your preferred delivery date
4. Check out by adding your delivery address and payment info
5. Our team will contact you to confirm your order and delivery date

If you need to modify your subscription at any point, please email us at info@pergochairs.com.

How does the subscription work?

Your subscription period starts from the date of delivery and will be auto-renewed at the end of the current subscription period. You will be notified 7 calendar days in advance before your subscription expires. To cancel the auto-renewal, you will need to send us an email at info@pergochairs.com at least 3 business days before your renewal date.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

There is no minimum period, but we do have a minimum contract value of ฿5,000 per item that is applied to all subscription plans.

What if I need to cancel my subscription before the original end date?

We want to give you maximum flexibility, which is why you can end your subscription whenever you want. We have a minimum contract value of ฿5,000 per item. Simply put, if you have paid less than this amount per item, you will be charged the difference immediately upon your cancellation.

Can I swap my chair(s) in the middle of my subscription?

Yes! You can easily swap out chair(s) you're subscribed to for a swap fee of ฿990. Please allow us 7 business days of notice for all swap requests.

What should I do to return my chair(s)?

Please email us at info@pergochairs.com. If the combined payments in your current subscription plan have met the minimum contract value of ฿5,000 per item, you will not be charged any additional fee. However, if your combined payments per item have not met the minimum contract value, you will be charged the difference upon cancellation.

What happens if I move during my subscription period?

If you move during your subscription plan, please inform our team so we can update your information and keep track of our chairs.

Please be careful while transporting items as you are responsible for the condition of the items throughout your subscription.

If you'd like our team to help move your Pergo Lite items, simply let us know 7 business days beforehand and we can send our delivery team to your address for a fee of ฿990.

In the case that your new home is not within our service area, we will unfortunately have to terminate your subscription.

Is my chair always new?

All of the items will be delivered in like-new condition. Before any chair is delivered, it goes through inspection, deep cleaning/disinfection and a refurbishing process by our expert in-house team. Any parts that need replacing will be done so with authentic spare parts from Herman Miller.

After 12 months of subscription, you will receive maintenance service to ensure that the chair is always in tip-top shape.

What happens if I accidentally break or stain the chair?

We ask that you care for your Pergo Lite items like you would if they were your own. All regular wear and tear (scratches, fading and loose parts) are covered by our maintenance program, but intentional or reckless vandalism—including drawing on items, cutting/chopping or hitting with sharp or blunt objects—of the product will incur charges.

How is Pergo Lite sanitizing chairs and preparing them for delivery?

In addition to observing new safety guidelines, our delivery team has implemented a number of precautions recommended by health authorities.

Our chairs go through a diligent refurbishment process before it is loaded on to our delivery trucks.

All our delivery trucks are equipped with sanitizers, alcohol wipes, latex gloves and face masks.

Our delivery teams have been trained to clean their delivery trucks multiple times a day, and to sanitize their hands upon entering and exiting your home.

Our team has been instructed to stay home if they show any flu-like symptoms, or if they have been exposed to anyone with symptoms.

How does the COVID-19 situation affect my order and delivery?

We are currently doing deliveries, pickups and swaps as usual. Our delivery team uses extra precautions, including face masks and hand sanitizers. We kindly ask that you also wear a mask while our team assembles the product in your house. If anyone in your household shows any signs of illness, please let us know and we will reschedule.

These measures are subject to change as our team is monitoring the situation day by day.

Where does Pergo Lite deliver?

Can I choose my delivery date?

Absolutely! You can select your preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate it. You will receive a confirmation email of the delivery appointment. Our team will call you to confirm before delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

One delivery and one pickup are included in the subscription plan. Any additional trips or changes are ฿990 per item per time.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, we require that you be home to receive your delivery. The team will ask you to sign a document to confirm that you were delivered the correct order; please inspect the chair(s) before doing so and don't hesitate to write down any remarks.

Can I cancel or change my order before delivery?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order anytime. To do so, please contact us at info@pergochairs.com.

Every customer gets a grace period of 3 calendar days for return/swap free of charge. This grace period applies only to individual personal use and not for events, meetings or business use.

After the grace period, you will be charged the minimum contract value stated on your subscription plan if you choose to cancel. However, if you choose to swap your chair after the grace period, you will only be charged a swap fee of ฿990 per item item per time.

What if I need to reschedule my delivery or pickup?

To avoid additional charges, please contact us at least 2 business days in advance if you need to reschedule your delivery or pickup.

How quickly will I receive my chair(s)?

We try to work as fast as possible. Delivery typically takes about 3-5- business days after you submit your order, and we deliver Monday through Saturday.

Do I need to sign a contract?

During the order process, you will have to accept our Terms & Conditions in order to confirm your order. Please make sure you read them carefully. You can also find them here.

When will my card be charged each month?

Your credit or debit card will be charged for the first month upon checkout. Your plan starts on the day of delivery and you'll be charged monthly moving forward.

For example, if you placed your order on the 1st, and we delivered on the 5th, "Month 1" charge will go through on the 1st (upon placing an order), and "Month 2" will be charged on the 5th of the following month (and each 5th day of the month thereafter).

Does Pergo Lite subscription include taxes?

Yes, all subscription includes VAT.

What types of payment does Pergo Lite accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express card from all banks in Thailand with 2C2P Payment Gateway.
