        Whether you decide to change your mind and swap out one chair for another, move your office while renting our furniture, or decide to end your rental term early, our subscription-based model can easily adapt to your needs. Take 3 calendar days to test out your product and return or swap an item for no extra charge. You can also cancel or adjust your subscription any time, no questions asked.

      How does subscription work?
      • 1. Choose a product.

        Browse our wide selection of items to find the perfect solutions for your office.

      • 2. Choose a delivery date.

        Decide when and where you want your items delivered. All we ask is that you're home for the delivery! Please contact us at least 2 business days in advance if you need to reschedule your delivery or pickup.

      • 3. Add your payment information.

        We accept all payment types, and you can update your billing details at any time. Our team will be in contact to confirm the order details and delivery date.

      Are items always new?
      All items will be in like-new condition. Before products are sent out for delivery, it's thoroughly inspected, cleaned and refurbished by our expert in-house team.

      What happens at the end of my rental term?
      All great things come to an end — but they don't have to.

      Your subscription automatically renews a month from the day of delivery. You will be alerted 7 calendar days before your renewal date.

      For example, if you placed your order on the 1st, and we delivered on the 5th, "Month 1" charge will go through on the 1st (upon placing an order), "Month 2" will be charged on the 5th of the following month (and each 5th day of the month thereafter), and you will be notified on the 30th of the previous month.

      If you choose not to renew your subscription, please contact us at least 3 business days before the renewal date. We'll pick up your item for free. We're sorry to see you go!
