How long is the product warranty?All chairs offered on pergochairs.com have Herman Miller’s 12-year international warranty. All services are done through pergochairs.com by CHANINTR as an exclusive authorized dealer for Herman Miller in Thailand.
Do you have any showrooms where I can try a chair?You can visit us at the CHANINTR WORK showroom daily from 10 AM to 7 PM to try the chairs in person. Our showroom is located at Warehouse 26, Soi Sukhumvit 26. For more information, please call 02.059.7760.
Are the prices the same in all CHANINTR locations?All chairs with the same specifications share the same retail prices across all channels.
Is your website secure?Yes, we use HTTPS protocol to protect your information and privacy. Also, we never keep your credit card information. Your card information is transferred from your browser directly to 2C2P, the high standard payment gateway trusted by major marketplaces.
Which ergonomic chair models are available for the Try-A-Chair Program?All chair models displayed on pergochairs.com are available for the 30-day free trial program.
How many chairs are in the program and how many can I try?We have a limited number of chairs in the program so we cannot guarantee availability for all requests. You can only try one chair at a time. If you’d like to see and try a few chairs at once, we recommend visiting our showroom first to pick the preferred chair you wish to try for 30 days.
Are the trial chairs new or old?All trial chairs are brand new as we hope you will like it so much that you will decide to keep it.
How can I join the program and what is required?Our Try-A-Chair program is only available at pergochairs.com. We require your ID card number and credit card number as a security deposit. The credit card will only be charged after 30 days or upon your confirmation.
I thought the Try-A-Chair program was free. Why do you need my credit card number?The Try-A-Chair program is definitely free! We require credit card numbers as a security measure. Please note that if you do not return your free trial chair after 30 days, we will assume you love it and want to purchase it. You will be charged the original price with no additional fee. We’ll send you an email reminder before your trial period is over. If you decide to return the chair, please make sure it is postmarked in our system before the 30th full day after delivery. If you need an extra day or two, just call us and we’ll work something out.
Why have I been notified of a credit card charge of ฿1?This is required by the payment gateway system. After filling in a valid credit card number, 1 THB will be deducted and returned immediately as part of the validation process (required by 2C2P Payment System). However, no actual payment will be charged from your credit card until after 30 days or upon your confirmation of purchase.
Which areas do you offer the Try-A-Chair program?For now, the Try-A-Chair program is only available in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
How and when will my credit card be charged?Once you decide to join the Try-A-Chair program, we require your credit card number immediately. Nothing will be charged from your credit card until after 30 days or upon your confirmation of purchase.
How long do I have before I need to decide?You have 30 days from the day the chair arrives at your door. An email notification to get your confirmation of purchase or return will be sent to you a few days before the trial period is over.
How long does it take to get my trial chair after my request has been sent?If our allocation for trial chairs is available, you will get your chair the next day. For your convenience, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible for appointment.
What if I decide to buy the chair before the 30-day trial period ends?Please go to your order history or the email we sent you after your trial request was submitted, and click the ‘Buy Now’ button to complete your transaction.
What if I don’t like the chair I requested for trial and I want to return it?Please go to your order history and click the ‘Return’ button to complete the return request. Please make sure that you complete the return request and submit it to us before your 30-day trial period expires. Once your return request has been submitted, please allow us 1-3 days to arrange the collection of the chair.
What if I decide to buy a chair but I want to pick a different color?Please go to your order history and click ‘Return’ to complete the return request. Then select ‘I want to pick a different color’ as a reason for returning. You can then either buy a new chair in the color you like, or have our sales team contact you for assistance.

Our sales team would be more than happy to welcome you at our showroom to show you all available models and personally explain the features and specifications of each model while you test it out one by one.
Can I try more than 1 chair at once?The Try-A-Chair program is limited to one chair per customer.
What if I forget to return the chair before 30 days?We will make an effort to reach you and get your confirmation before your trial period expires, but if we cannot reach you, your credit card will be automatically charged at the end of your trial period and we will assume that you have purchased the chair.

How do I buy a chair on pergochairs.com?We have designed the website to be as easy to use as possible. Just follow the steps of selecting and reviewing the chair you think is right for you, pick the color you like, and in the case of the Aeron, the size that is the right fit for you. Once you’re done, proceed to checkout and make a payment. Remember, if you ever need help, we are just a phone call, LINE message, or email away.
How can I track my order once I have placed it?You can track your order anytime by logging into My Account, contacting us via email at email@example.com or through our official LINE@ account.
Return and Exchange PolicyPergo gladly accepts returns of undamaged products in original condition for refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note that items purchased using promotions or any other offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case that we deliver an incorrect order or a defective product, we will either send a replacement within 7 business days or issue a refund. Discounted items and/or items purchased using a promotion or any other offers are not valid for return or exchange. In the case that the item was delivered damaged or defective, the customer must contact our sales team within 7 days of the delivery date and Pergo will send a replacement within 7 business days.
